Since Jerry Seinfeld unloaded his Porsche 911 Turbo S not all that long ago, maybe he was making room in the collection for the 2009 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S. I have to admit, if I were judging the car based purely on the paper specs of this SUV, I’d be pretty tempted to put this one on the wish list.
Twin turbo 4.8-liter producing 550 horsepower, 50 more horses than the standard Turbo. Those extra 50 will serve you well in the likely event you pull up to a light beside the standard Cayenne Turbo. A revised exhaust system and up to 553 lb/ft of torque. Zero to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds. Sweet!
BUT……then I move past paper specs to the photos, and it’s still a Cayenne. Nuff said since I’m sure I’ve sufficiently offended every Cayenne luvr out there.
Still, a Porsche, and a dang fast one. Would smoke any of the used Porsches I’ve been looking at. I’m pretty sure Jerry will be custom ordering his soon if he hasn’t already.
