Porsche 356 Factory Footage

I found these YouTube videos referenced on another site somewhere. It's a 5 part series showing the Porsche factory and 356's being made by hand. Pretty amazing. Maybe you'll have extra time to kill this Monday and be able to get through all 5. If not, come back and watch them.

Some good footage there with lots and lots of manual labor. Amazing how different it is now with production lines.
I think they made the curves in the road in front of the Porsche factory on purpose, just so they could test the cornering.January 25th, 2010 at 8:46 pm -

This is an excellent documentary. I have started a new project, A 1957 356 A cabrio. I find my self looking at the cars in the video and then I go to work and I am cutting out the same spots and rebuilding them.
