"Showroom Fresh" 1973 Porsche 911T
Lyndon, one of our PorschePerfect.com readers, sent me a link to this Excellence Magazine article a couple of weeks ago. I finally got around to reading it (I'm a bit behind on my Excellence Magazine reading) and it was captivating. This particular Porsche 911T only has 700 miles on it and is original clear down to the tires.

Safe & Sound in Your Porsche Boxster
Check out the mangled Porsche Boxster in the picture. The best part of this story, the two people inside the car walked away with only minor injuries!
Evidently an elderly woman driving a mini van was turning onto the street the Boxster was on and failed to yield the right of way. Although the Boxster driver swerved to avoid getting hit, he didn't quite succeed and she slammed into the side of him.

Alright, don't mock me. Another commercial. I have only one excuse reason: It's a 911 Turbo…………
Next Gen Porsche Speedster
I'm venturing to guess that I'm not the only one who loved the movie Top Gun. I'd also be willing to bet that the movie propelled the 356 Speedster into more hearts than just mine (even though it WAS a replica). I remember thinking "I love this car!" every time I saw the movie. At one point I started searching trying to figure out what kind of car it was as I was still relatively new to Porsches back then.
Tempting Porsches #2
I haven't seen many tempting Porsches the last few weeks. Cars I would seriously consider buying, but also are a bit on the bubble when compared to other cars on the market. Lately these have fallen more into the questionable history (rarely a good thing with a Porsche) or need work (definitely not a good thing for me) categories.

I especially loved trips to California, particularly the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills areas where you stood a better than average chance of seeing these amazing rides in person.
