Camo Porsche Panamera
This has got to be one of the stranger paint jobs I've ever seen on a Porsche (aside from Janis Joplin's 356). It's got a desert camo paint scheme. I'm not sure which is attracting more attention. The camo paint or the fact that it's a Panamera.
3 New Programs From TECHART
Hot on the heels of the GTStreet R customization (actually they were all announced at the same time), TECHART has released information on three more customization options for Porsche cars. Two are for the Porsche Panamera and one is for the Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S.
Porsche Panamera Video
Kind of cool little video of the Porsche Panamera S and a driver giving the V8 a little workout. This isn't the usual stale video footage. The driver unleashes the inner child a bit.
FAB Design's Porsche Panamera Upgrades
Swiss tuner, FAB Design, has put it's spin on an upgrade package for the Porsche Panamera Turbo. Looks decent from the front doesn't it? Well check out the back:
Yeah…ugly. I personally think someone should get fired over this design. I have yet to hear from anyone who likes it. And I don't think it's just the color scheme. The whole design is ugly, taking the sexy lines of the Porsche Panamera and turning it into something that looks like a deformed descendant of a Panamera.
Porsche Panamera Look-Alike
Paul over at TheTruthAboutCars.com claims he's found the inspiration Porsche's Design Department used when creating the Porsche Panamera: A Bristol 405. The 405 is the only 4-door in the 400 series line and was built between 1955 and 1958.
Armor-Plated Porsche Panamera Turbo
Needing to scratch the "James Bond" itch? Or do you regularly fear for your life? Maybe your conspiracy theories have taken over your sanity and you've turned into the next Jerry Fletcher. No need to let little things like that keep you from enjoying Porsche's new Panamera Turbo. An armor-plated version of the Porsche Panamera Turbo has popped up for sale on the uber luxury site JamesList.com. It's listed for 295,000 Euros (about $440,000) by JS Armoured Cars in Frankfurt, Germany.
Jay Leno Drives A Porsche Panamera
Alright, this video is pretty dang unexciting, and I wish for all of our sakes that someone would teach Leno how to pronounce the freakin name! "Porsche" is a TWO syllable word. I'm posting this up, though, because I love seeing more real world, uncut footage of cars I have yet to see in person. Gives you a little more sense of what the car is all about.
Techart's Take On The Porsche Panamera
Last month, along with a number of other front runner tuners, Techart released word of their "individualization program" for the Porsche Panamera. Phase 1 of the Techart program will include exterior components which will improve aerodynamics while offering a striking appearance (pretty typical Techart stuff there), 21" and 22" light metal wheels, a multifunctional daylight running light system, and extensive interior finishing options.
Porsche Panamera Luuuuuuv
Had something waiting for me from Porsche Cars North America when I got to the office this morning. I made a little unboxing video for you to enjoy with me.
LUMMA Design's Porsche Panamera
We're starting to see more tuners get into the Porsche Panamera chop up game. Today, Steve, one of our PorschePerfect.com readers, sent me a link about the Panamera creation LUMMA Design has released. Again, artist renditions only at this point, but it looks like they're going to call it the CLR 700 GT.
